pasta salad

easy, delicious appetizer!

Since it's spring-summer season, it's perfect to use fresh produce in a pasta salad.

Add water to a large pot, salt and then bring water to a boil.

Stir in the pasta, and cook according to package directions. Pasta should have a bite to it.

Mix garlic, oregano, parsley, vinegar, basil, mustard, sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a small bowl. Set aside.

Mix cooked pasta, tomatoes, onion, red peppers, cucumber, olives, peas, meat, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, basil, and pepper in a large bowl.

Pour vinaigrette dressing over the pasta and mix thoroughly.
