Delicious Cassava Pone Recipe

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x13 dish. Mix grated coconut, cassava, coconut milk, butter, sugar, spices, salt, vanilla.

Add raisins if desired. Mix well. Pour into dish. Bake for 60 mins until firm, add 10 mins if needed.

Cool for 10 mins. Cut into squares.

Optional: top with whipped cream, toasted coconut, or fruits.
