Delicious Banana Mango Muffins with Cream Cheese Glaze

Whisk eggs, mashed bananas, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla in a small bowl.

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.

Add mango, raisins, and ginger spice. Mix in melted butter. Pour into prepared pan. Combine well.

Bake for 60-75 minutes (loaf pan) or 16-20 minutes (muffin pan).
