Delicious Chicken Marsala Recipe

Dredge seasoned chicken in flour mixture until coated. Shake off excess flour.

Heat oil, fry chicken until golden. Remove. Melt butter, sauté mushrooms. Add garlic & thyme, cook (3-5 mins).

Pour in Marsala, chicken stock, and heavy cream. Stir well until slightly thickened. Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce.

Simmer for 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
