Pat dry steaks, season with steak seasoning. Heat oil in cast iron skillet. Cook 3-4 mins per side.
Transfer cooked steaks to plate, cover with foil. Melt butter, sauté mushrooms & onions till caramelized.
Add garlic, thyme, beef bouillon, and flour. Cook to remove raw flour taste.
Slowly add beef broth, scrape up browned bits. Bring to boil, season with salt & pepper.
Return steaks, simmer 3 mins till heated through, sauce thickens.
Garnish with parsley, serve over garlic mashed potatoes or rice. A mouthwatering smothered steak delight!
