Mix seasonings in small bowl: brown sugar, kosher salt, ground mustard, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and chili powder.

Coat the pork roast with the seasoning mixture.

Instant Pot sauté, brown pork in batches of 4-5 pieces. Turn off and return all pork to the pot. Add chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce.

Set Instant Pot to high pressure for 40 minutes with lid on and vent sealed. Allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release remaining pressure.

Shred pork with forks, add barbecue sauce and mix to coat. Serve as is or in sandwiches, tacos, or egg rolls.

Pulled pork improves with time. Prepare ahead to ease stress on the big day. Refrigerate and reheat on stovetop for serving.
