Buy thick, pink raw pork chops for best results. If grey, they are near spoilage, and thin chops will dry out in the air fryer. Cook in batches, leaving space for even cooking and crispiness.
No problem if you forgot to thaw - air fry at 380℉/193℃ for 5 mins to defrost or cook frozen by extending time. Defrosting is better and only takes an extra 5 mins.
