Savory Delight: Homemade Ogbono Soup

Cook meat and make stock. Use a pressure cooker to save time.

Prepare ingredients. Boil cow skin, tripe, and smoked fish. Add to boiled meat.

Reserve stock. Mix ogbono with red palm oil, crayfish, and scotch bonnet pepper. Simmer for 10 mins.

Adjust thickness with stock/water. Add spinach, cook for 2-3 mins more.
