Shrimp Stock Seafood Stock for Soups & More!

Thoroughly rinse shrimp shells & heads under cold water. Pat dry.

Process: Heat oil, sauté shrimp shells for 5-7 mins till pink & fragrant. Stir occasionally.

Enhancing Flavor: Add onion, carrots, celery, garlic, bay leaves, peppercorns, salt. Sauté for 3-4 mins.

Boil & Simmer: Pour water, cover ingredients, bring to boil, then simmer for 30-45 mins on low heat.

Refinement & Storage: Skim impurities, strain, cool completely before storing. Enhance dishes for 4 days (fridge) or 4 months (freezer).
