Lobster Roll

with Butter and Lemon

Cut lobster shell in half, extract meat and dice into ½ inch pieces. Pat dry with paper towel and set aside.

Fill pot halfway with tap water, add 1 tsp salt, bring to boil & add lobster tails. Boil for 5-7 mins till red. Remove carefully, rest for 5 mins.

Open buns, place a lettuce leaf, spinach, or mixed veggies inside (if desired place), then top with the lobster-mayo mixture to fill the bun.
