Spicy Mexican Cornbread


In a bowl, whisk flour, cornmeal, baking powder, sugar, and salt together.

Whisk in buttermilk and eggs until well combined.

Add Flavorful Ingredients

Mix in melted butter, jalapenos, green chiles, corn, Monterey Jack,  and cheddar.


Pour into dish, sprinkle extra cheese and jalapenos. Bake 20-22 min until golden.
