Yam Casserole: Sweet, Sticky, Tasty Twist on Traditional Sides!

Preheat oven to 350℉/177℃. Grease casserole dish. Dice yams. Place in dish.

Combine butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, cloves, and salt. Microwave, then pour over yams. Add vanilla and stir.

Cover dish with foil. Roast for 30 minutes.

Chop pecans. After 30 mins, add pecans and stir. Roast uncovered for 15-20 mins.
