Taste the Tropics with Homemade Mango Juice

easy to make, and everyone loves it!

Mango juice is seriously refreshing, especially if you're a mango fanatic like me. It's perfectly sweet and tropical, making it a real pick-me-up during hot summer days.

How to Make Mango Juice

Mix water, sugar, and mint leaves in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Let it simmer for a minute, then remove from heat and steep the syrup for 30 minutes.

Transfer the mango flesh and water to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Add sugar syrup to taste (optional) to the mango juice in a jar, and stir to combine.

Serve with ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves. Breathe deeply and enjoy!!!

Adjust the consistency of mango juice by adding water for a thinner texture. For sweetness, add sugar syrup and taste along the way. Note that it's challenging to remove excess sweetness if you add too much syrup.
