Tasty Sambusas: Spiced Handheld Treats! 

In skillet, heat oil. Sauté onions, garlic, ginger until translucent. Add beef/lamb, cook until browned.

Season with salt, bouillon, pepper, cumin, coriander, curry, paprika, turmeric. Cook to meld flavors. Stir in cilantro.

Mix flour, sugar, salt. Add oil, mix. Gradually add water, knead into smooth dough. Rest for 10 mins.

Rested dough, knead, divide into five balls. Roll each into 4" (10cm) circle

Fold dough edges, apply paste to seal. Fill, fold top, press edges. Repeat with remaining dough

Fry sambusas until golden and crispy. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
