Turkey Tenderloin

Tender and flavorful turkey recipe

Combine Creole seasoning, garlic, onion powder, sage, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, chili powder, olive oil, soy sauce.

Rub and cover with plastic wrap. Marinate for 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

Add turkey to marinade

Heat skillet, add oil. Remove turkey from marinade, sear  2 mins per side.

Oven: transfer skillet. Bake 25-30 mins, 155°F. Rest turkey 10-15 mins. Slice thin. 

Perfectly seasoned, cooked and full of flavor.
