Combine milk, bread, beef, pork, onion, garlic, herbs, cheese, spices, egg in a bowl.

Shape the meatball mixture into about 12 balls, being careful not to overmix. Refrigerate if not using immediately.

Prepare a baking pan by lining with foil/parchment paper and oil/cooking spray. Arrange meatballs in a single layer and brush/spray the top with oil.

Bake meatballs at 375℉/190℃ until cooked through or browned, about 15-20 minutes.
