Bake Your Way to Healthier Eating with this Delicious Whole Wheat Bread Easy Recipe.

Microwave butter and milk in a bowl for 1-2 minutes until butter melts.

Add honey, yeast, oatmeal, all-purpose flour, salt, and whole wheat flour to the butter mixture.

Mix ingredients and seeds, or pre-mix seeds with butter before adding flour and salt.

Mix on low speed until soft dough forms. For hand mixing, knead on floured surface for 8 minutes.

Place the dough on a floured surface, flatten it into a rectangle, and fold one-third of it onto itself.

Eat this baked good weekly for an energized and cleansed feeling. I felt great after just a week of whole wheat-based carbs and exercise!
