8 ounce (240 g) cream cheese 4-5 ounce (113 g) non-fat Greek yogurt 1 cup (125 g) powdered sugar 1 cup (60 g) whipping cream ½ teaspoon (2 g) vanilla extract ¼ cup (85 g) honey 1 lime, zest and juice
In a large bowl or mixer, add all ingredients cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, whipping cream, vanilla, honey, lime juice and lime zest. Whip together until slightly fluffy. Cover the dip and place in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours and serve when ready.
If you are not on the sweet side, add powdered sugar 1/4 cup at a time, taste as you go, and add more until you reach the desired sweetness.
