  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • ¼ cup spiced rum
  • ¼ cup white rum
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons grenadine syrup
  • lime. orange, and maraschino cherry for garnish

  • Slice fresh pineapples into chunks. Drain well the syrup if using canned pineapple chunks. Place drained pineapples chunks in a blender and pulse for 2-3 minutes or until smoothie-like.
  • Pour in the pineapple juice, orange juice, rums and lime juice into a pitcher. Gently stir.
  • Pour punch mixture into serving glasses filled with ice.  And then slowly pour in a splash of grenadine. The grenadine will sink to the bottom giving the drink a gorgeous red coloring.
  • Garnish with a slice of lime, orange and cherry.
