Ingredients

  • 1 mango , pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberry
  • 1 small orange , sliced
  • 1 medium lemon , sliced
  • 1 medium lime , sliced
  • 1 cup passion fruit juice , adjust to taste
  • 1 bottle (750 milliliters) dry white wine , chilled
  • ¼- ⅓ cup rum
  • simple syrup , (homemade here) adjust to taste
  • fresh mint leaves , for garnish

Instructions

  • Add desired fruits (mango, berries, sliced orange, lemon and/or lime) to a pitcher.
  • Pour in passion fruit juice, white wine, followed by rum, and simple syrup.
  • Stir gently to combine, adjust with more juice or syrup. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
