Have a new way to spice up your breakfast or appetizer with this quick and easy to make DEVILED HAM. Serve it on your sandwiches or as a spread or dip to your favorite crackers. A great way to make use of all those leftover holiday ham!
Place chopped ham in a food processor until finely chopped.
Remove ham from the processor and place in a large bowl together with the cream cheese, onion, sweet pickle relish, green onion, mustard, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce (optional), mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper to taste, cayenne pepper (optional), and lemon juice.
Salt lightly, if desired. Keep in mind that the ham is salty.
Store in the fridge for up to 48 hours or serve immediately with crackers and vegetables, toasts or on sandwiches.
