Creamy Garlic Side Dish Recipe with a Twist!

Trim the top of the garlic, removing ¼” to ½” to reveal each individual clove.

Season garlic with thyme and oil, wrap in foil, and roast in oven for 30 minutes. Once cooled, squeeze individual cloves out of skin.

Clean and cut potatoes into even-sized chunks. Remove any spoiled spots like bruising and discoloration. Wash and rinse thoroughly until water runs clear.
