Grilled Cheese Sandwich in 20 minutes

Oeey, gooey, Smokey, cheesy, creamy, spicy, sweet and crunchy. Need I say more?

To make this sandwich, grab some sturdy bread, choose your favorite cheese (I like smoky ones, but Swiss works too), and add onions, tomatoes, and chutney. Mayonnaise is optional.

So, I like to caramelize the onions before putting them in the sandwich, it gives a mild flavor. But, if you're a raw onion fan, go for it!

No grill? No problem! Use a grill pan or skillet instead. Grease the pan and grill or toast the sandwich on both sides until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted. Enjoy! 😍
