HOT CORN DIP 30-Minute Appetizer

Heat skillet, melt ½ tbsp butter. Add corn, salt, pepper; sauté until golden.

Sauté corn until deep golden brown (approx. 5 mins). Remove from heat; transfer to a bowl. Wipe skillet with a paper towel.

Melt ½ tbsp butter. Sauté onions, jalapeños, bell peppers, paprika, garlic. Cook until translucent. Add green onions; cook until tender (approx. 2 mins).

Combine with corn mixture. Add mayo, half cheeses; mix. Transfer to baking dish, top with remaining cheese. Refrigerate or freeze until ready to bake.
