Season tilapia fillets, bring to room temp, place on cutting board, pat dry, salt & pepper both sides, spread mustard on each side.

Combine ingredients for crumb crust in bowl: parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, pepper flakes, paprika, chopped parsley. Thoroughly mix.

Coat fish with Parmesan breadcrumb mixture: Place fish on crumbs, press down firmly, flip and repeat.
