Easy Oven Baked & Veggies

Position rack in oven, preheat to 400ºF. Line baking sheet with foil or paper. Grease lightly.

Dry chops, season with salt and pepper. Keep aside.

Season pork with marinade, place on prepared baking sheet.

In another bowl, season potatoes with salt, oil, and creole seasoning. Place them next to the pork chops.

Put the sheet in the oven and roast until pork is fully cooked (18-22 minutes) or reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.

Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes until caramelized. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.
