Spinach-Stuffed Salmon recipe

Creamy, Cheesy Delight You Need in Your Life!

The first time I tasted this delicious dish, I was completely amazed. The textures are absolutely fantastic. 😍

The flaky fish complements the creamy spinach filling perfectly, and the explosive flavors will blow your mind (and taste buds).

How to Make Salmon Stuffed With Spinach

Saute fresh spinach in a medium non-stick skillet over medium-high heat with butter until wilted, for about 2-3 minutes.

Add garlic, salt, and black pepper, stir for another 30 seconds, and then add the remaining spinach in large handfuls until it wilts. Remove from heat.

Add cream cheese to the spinach and stir until melted. Then add and stir in the mozzarella cheese until combined.

Prepare the salmon fillets by using a paring knife to make a careful slit in each one, creating a pocket.

Fill the salmon pockets with the spinach mixture.

Place stuffed fish on baking sheet, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, and bake for 8-10 minutes until salmon is opaque and flaky.

Serve - garnished with parsley, with lemon wedges on the side.
