with buttery cajun-seasoned crab meat, and crispy Panko breadcrumbs topping.

Preparing Mushrooms

Clean, remove stems, drizzle with oil, salt, pepper. Place on lined sheet; set aside.

Making Breadcrumb Mix

Sauté garlic, add crumbs, brown. Transfer to cool.

Sautéing Fillings

Butter, onions, celery, pepper, seasoning, crab. Sauté, cool.

Filling Mixture

Mix breadcrumbs, cream cheese, grated cheese. Fold in sautéed ingredients, salt.

Stuffing Mushrooms

Fill caps generously, top with breadcrumbs.

Bake at 375°F for 15-20 mins, until golden brown.  Serve hot. Enjoy!
