VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP:  How to Make this Soup Irresistible

Heat oil, sauté beef until brown. Drain excess oil.

Add onions, garlic, ginger, bay leaf, thyme, oregano. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.

Pour in stock/water, potatoes, carrots, lima beans, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce.

Boil, cover, simmer 25-35 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
