Mimosa Drink – a popular fruity cocktail made with a champagne and orange juice; this time I infused it with with pineapple puree. A must-have on , Mother’s Day or basically any special day!
Combine and pour orange juice, pineapple puree and and champagne in a pitcher. Then add add liquor to taste. This is optional, when serving for breakfast I omit the liquor.
Fill champagne flutes with prepared mimosa.
Garnish with sliced strawberry and or pineapple slices .
