Press pizza dough onto the bottom of a parchment-lined baking sheet. Pre-bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; set aside.
In a large skillet set over medium heat, cook the sausage, onion, and green pepper until the sausage is no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant. Remove from heat and drain.
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add egg mixture, cook and stir until almost set.
Spread cooked eggs evenly over the crust.
Top with the sausage mixture.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Top with a layer of mushrooms.
Top with a layer of shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until the crust is fully baked and the cheese is melted.
Cut into squares and serve garnished with green onion and hot sauce, if desired.
