Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon ground ancho chile
  • ¼ cup smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Mexican oregano, dried
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • 2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and mix until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Store in an airtight container (or ziplock bag) and start using it for your recipes.
