Season chicken with salt, and creole seasoning; set aside.
Then heat a Cast Iron or skillet over medium high heat; brown chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through about 5-7 minutes per side, turning frequently , if needed for even cooking. Or until chicken turns pink or reached 165 degrees F Set chicken aside.
In a small bowl combine honey, soy sauce and lemon. Set aside.
Add garlic and ginger to the pan the cast iron quickly stir for about 30 seconds, be careful not to let it burn ,cause it might alter the flavor.
Return chicken thighs back to the pan.
Quickly pour in honey mixture , continue to cook the chicken for about a minute while the sauce reduces to a thicker consistency , turn chicken around to coat in sauce , turn off the heat, garnish with parsley, if desired and serve immediately with rice and/ or vegetables.
