Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds steak
  • ¼ cup minced fresh rosemary
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil or any cooking oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • In a food processor, blend rosemary, garlic, paprika, cayenne, soy sauce, and oil.
  • Marinate the steak with the herb mixture for at least 2 hours. Let it rest for 20 minutes before grilling.
  • Grill the steaks on high heat for about 8-10 minutes on each side for medium or when internal temperature reads 135 degrees F.
  • Finish cooking in the oven for medium-well for an additional 3 minutes or 150 degrees F.

  • When the steaks are done to your liking, take them off the grill and let them rest for about 10 minutes.
