Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 bottle (12 ounces) beer
  • cup butter , melted

  • Make a sort of deep well in the middle of the mixture and slowly pour in the beer. Stir until combined. Dough should be a little bit sticky. Then add vanilla extract and combine again.
  • Pour half of the melted butter into the bottom of the loaf pan and spread it out evenly; making sure every surface is covered.
  • Then add the batter to the loaf pan and spread it out evenly. Pour the remaining half of the melted butter on top of the batter.
  • Bake it in the  350°F preheated oven for 40-50 minutes or until the bread is golden brown on the outside and a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle.
  • Serve immediately.
