How to Make Plantain Chips and Mango Avocado Salsa

Peel, slice, and season plantains for cooking.

Dice mango, red onion, avocado, tomato, and jalapeño. Mix in a medium bowl.

Use a mandolin to cut plantains for even cooking. Heat oil until hot but not smoking. Avoid overcrowding the pan to prevent chips from becoming soggy.
