I'm excited to show you  how to create this delicious and healthy quick stir fried cabbage seasoned with aromatic spices and topped with sauté shrimp.

First, gather your ingredients: cabbage, shrimp, garlic, onion, thyme, scallion, salt, pepper, and Jamaican seasoning. Don't forget to wash your veggies and shrimp before cooking!

Heat a skillet with oil. Add shrimp and season with salt and desired seasoning such as jerk, creole, or herbs.

Add oil (2 tbsp or more) to pan with bacon drippings (1-2 tbsp max).

Add thyme, onions, green onions, garlic, scotch bonnet pepper, paprika, red bell pepper, and allspice. Sauté for 2 mins, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

Add cabbage, chicken bouillon (optional), and white pepper. Stir to combine and cook for 5+ mins to desired tenderness.

Adjust for seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve Cabbage top with sauté shrimp or on the side.
