Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces (240g) cream cheese
  • 4-5 ounces (115-140g) non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup (125g) powdered sugar
  • 1 cup (236ml) heavy whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon (2-3ml) vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup (85g) honey
  • 1 lime, zest and juice

Instructions

  • In a large bowl or mixer, whip all ingredients: cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, whipping cream, vanilla, honey, lime juice, and lime zest until slightly fluffy.
  • Cover the dip, place it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, and serve when ready.

Notes

  • If you prefer your dip less sweet, add the powdered sugar ¼ cup at a time, tasting as you go, until you reach the desired sweetness. Or leave it out and just put honey
