Fruit Dip - creamy, delicious, sweet yet tangy fruit dip made with just a handful of simple ingredients in just 5 minutes. A great addition to your snack  time or potluck fruit trays. Your summer won't be complete without this!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce (240 g) cream cheese
  • 4-5 ounce (113 g) non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup (125 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 cup (60 g) whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon (2 g) vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup (85 g) honey
  • 1 lime, zest and juice

Instructions

  • In a large bowl or mixer, add all ingredients cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, whipping cream, vanilla, honey, lime juice and lime zest. Whip together until slightly fluffy.
  • Cover the dip and place in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours and serve when ready.

Notes

  1. If you are not on the sweet side, add powdered sugar 1/4 cup at a time, taste as you go, and add more until you reach the desired sweetness.
