Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons (30g) ground cinnamon
  • 4 teaspoons (20g) ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons (4g) ground allspice
  • teaspoon (3-4g) ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon (1g) ground cloves

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl or jar and stir to thoroughly combine.
  • Store in a glass spice jar (or a ziplock bag). Use as desired.
