Here’s my bonus piña colada fluff salad recipe.
1 3.4-ounce package instant coconut cream pudding
1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple in its juice
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ recipe
homemade whipped cream½ cup shredded coconut, toasted
2-3 cups miniature marshmallows
Mix the instant pudding with crushed pineapple, the juice, and the softened cream cheese, and stir well.
Gently fold in the whipped cream, toasted coconut, and marshmallows. Chill and enjoy.
