  • ¼ cup (50g) dark brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 tablespoon (8-9g) chili powder
  • ½-1 teaspoon (1-3g) cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons (18g) smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons (6g) ground cumin

Instructions

  • Mix the spices in a medium-sized mixing bowl until fully combined.
