2pounds (900g)chicken wings(cut into sections or whole)
salt and pepperto taste (see notes)
½tablespoon (1-2g) thyme
2teaspoons (8-9g)onion powder
2teaspoons (10g)garlic powder
1teaspoon (3g)smoked paprikaor regular paprika
1teaspoon (3g)white pepper
¼-½teaspoon (0.50-1g)cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
1teaspoon (3-4g)bouillon powder,chicken or beef is fine (optional)

Instructions
Thoroughly pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them on a large plate or in a mixing bowl.
Preheat the air fryer; I preheat mine at 400℉ (205℃) for 5 minutes.
When ready to air fry, season the wings with salt and pepper, then thoroughly mix with the spices. Or add your favorite spice mix, like jerk, Creole, orItalian seasoning.
Set your air fryer to 380℉ (195℃). Spray the basket with a nonstick cooking spray and place chicken wings in it. To avoid overcrowding the basket, fry in batches if necessary.
Cook for about 10 minutes, remove the air fryer basket, and shake it. Cook for 10 more minutes. Then increase the heat to 400°F (205℃) and cook 5-6 minutes more for extra crispy chicken wings. Chicken wings should be brown and thoroughly cooked through before serving.
